Alberto Tarlao

Graduated with honors from the University of Trieste, where he later earned the Vocational Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security. Attended the “Luca Boneschi” School of Advanced Training in Labor Law, Labor Law and Social Security, organized by AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani in agreement with the Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura – Fondazione del Consiglio Nazionale Forense.

He starts the legal profession at the Trieste Bar, collaborating with a leading law firm and immediately specializing in Labor and Social Security Law; participates as a speaker at conferences and study meetings on the subject.

Co-author of the Handbook “Previdenza sociale e lavoro – Il nuovo sistema pensionistico: tutele e contenzioso” published in 2019 by Edizioni Duepuntozero. Author of the chapter “Il contratto d’agenzia” and co-author of the chapter “La categoria dei quadri: definizione legale” in the Practical Handbook of Labor Law, published in 2017 by AdMaiora Duepuntozero. He has also contributed to the weekly magazine “Guida al Lavoro” of Il Sole 24 Ore.
